By accessing and using Alwayz Clean's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Alwayz Clean provides professional cleaning services including:

• Pressure washing
• House cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Protective coating services

3. Pricing and Payment

Service Pricing

• Pressure Washing: Starting at $500 (1 story), $800 (2 story), $1000 (3 story)
• House Cleaning: Starting at $200
• Window Cleaning: Starting at $150
• Protective Coating: Additional $50

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be provided in your quote.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A 10% deposit may be required for certain services

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Services must be scheduled in advance
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
• Weather-dependent services may be rescheduled

5. Service Guarantees

• We guarantee our workmanship and customer satisfaction
• If you're not satisfied, we'll return to address concerns
• Guarantee valid for 30 days from service completion

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to service areas
• Remove or secure valuable items
• Inform us of any special requirements or concerns
• Ensure safe working conditions for our team

7. Limitation of Liability

Alwayz Clean's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property
• Items not properly secured by customer
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions
• Consequential or indirect damages

8. Insurance and Bonding

Alwayz Clean is fully insured and bonded. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
